We all need a place for play, whether it's jump rope, baseball, or making a sculpture. Fred Sandback thought that playing Cat's Cradle might be a good way to start thinking about his sculpture. In this publication, children of all ages can learn about Cat's Cradle while exploring the relationships of proportions, intervals, and shapes in Fred Sandback sculptures.
